"This hotel is excellent. The only reason I am not giving it an excellent review is because there was nobody at the reception to welcome us or to check us in. We waited 20 minutes in the middle of the night (because of international delays from the US). Then I had to scramble to find the hotel phone number to get a hold of someone. "I read bad reviews along with good reviews toward this establishment. There are some truth on both extremes. In my trip experience, I found the staff at least the front desk was quite friendly at the time I arrived a bit late in the evening. I will try to be balanced on my review here, I talk for myself and other's experience might be varied. "Location is fine, and the staff was nice (although there are no employees there after 8 pm). The hotel is a bit old and needs some love. The washrooms/showers need to be renovated. No irons in the rooms, and unclear if they can provide one as there was no staff in the hotel when we needed an iron."
