"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and supertmarked was only a 2 minute walk away. At checkin the lady didn't speak any English at all, but she called her colleague who could assist us with answering questions. Bed was OK. "
