"While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. "Definitely does not look as presented on the website. Rooms are very out dated, has a very questionable elevator that does have its permit displayed. Pool and hot tub are out of commission. Hallways are very short, I’m 5’9 and can touch the ceiling with my arms not even halfway raised. Bathroom has a walk in shower that is half glass and half curtain, and the curtain doesn’t go fully to the floor so water splashes out and soaks the floor."

"The hotel is central to everything we needed, clean, friendly staff and comfortable renovated rooms. The only downfall was the pool, it was small and didn’t have good ventilation so our eyes really hurt (even those who did not swim!) so we avoided using the pool.."

"First I booked through Expedia which gave us the incorrect phone number to advise we would be having a late check in, as we were delayed. We googled the # and no one answered causing undue stress. Thankfully, our reservation did not get cancelled. Upon arrival the lobby smelled of marihuana. The room was extremely cold when we got in and after setting it to a normal temperature we realized someone had smoked in the room. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. "Broken curtains in the room. Very poor insulation - could hear every neighbor walking around at all hours of the night. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7. I was there for a competition and on a schedule. Very disappointed that all I had to eat was cereal because breakfast started so late. The staff was friendly. It was just a disappointing stay."
