This was a good hotel for the price and location. I was thrilled at the walkability from the hotel to everywhere that I wanted to go in the city. The longest walk to anywhere I wanted to go was 15 minutes. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made the stay more pleasant and were helpful when I had requests.
The only reason that I didn't select excellent is for the room being as cold as a walk-in freezer upon arrival to the hotel. The young lady quickly turned the heat on for me but, it was two days until a comfortable temperature was reached. I asked for a blanket the next morning and it was brought to my room not too long after I requested it. My other issue was no hot water from the bathroom sink. I just made due with the shower head as it did have hot water.
All in all, I would stay here again. I enjoyed the convenience on the on-site breakfast, it's location and it's staff in the city.
