"Just what we wanted to end our stay in Portugal after visiting Lisbon, Sintra and Porto. The grounds and hotel were "chill" -- peaceful and restful. The staff was wonderful. We had a side trip to Nazare' and thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset on the beach while having a cocktail. The staff was helpful in directing us to a pharmacy just a short distance away. All made the process most painless. I would recommend this hotel to all who want to see a quiet side of Portugal."

"Amazing breakfast. Nice extra touches, convenient location. Had difficulty with the “included parking” as the pass wasn’t working and not accepted by the attendant so had to pay ourselves. Told the front desk staff and they were going to follow up."

"We absolutely loved our stay at 19 Tile Ceramic Concept Hotel! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and full of unique character. My favorite part was the little swing in the room and opening the French doors to look out over the peaceful courtyard. Watching the beautiful peacock wandering below made the experience feel truly special. The hotel was spotless, the staff were welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring Caldas da Rainha and the surrounding Silver Coast. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, memorable place to stay."
