"We had to move rooms three times. First because the HVAC unit was making so much noise that we couldn't hear ourselves think. Second, we found bugs, yes bugs, in our room. The third move was to a larger suite and we were comfortable until we used the shower. The drains were clogged and had to call service. The worst part of it all was the cleaning lady decided to help herself to all the change I had on the coffee table. Won't go there again."

"Unfortunately the elevators took about 20 minutes to come. Most of the trip was spent waiting on the elevators. Spa treatment didn’t go well because I was late due to the elevator situation, no extra time was given and still had to pay full price."
