"Great spot to travel out of YYC. "

"We regularly travel to Calgary to visit our daughter and her family. We love the pools, and waterslides, our grand daughter can't get enough, ha ha. The lounge and restaurants are perfect for us. We usually eat most meals at the hotel. The pizza and pasta buffet is excellent and the Easter Brunch is amazing. My wife, daughter and grand daughter always get their nails done when we are there, the nail lady is fantastic. This has become our hotel of choice in Calgary not only for the amenities but the staff are the best I have seen anywhere. I hope they are treated well by Best Western. Anyway, until next time."

"The plumper is very good! Our room’s bathing water is not hot enough, he helped us to check and it takes time to fully fixed. He helped us to arrange to change the room efficiently! Much appreciated !! "

"I will never stay at that hotel again. The beds and pillows were horrible I did not sleep at all and then the next morning my back was wrenched. Staff didn’t even ask how our stay was when we checked out."
