The main restaurant offer a terrible service. We order lunch with some steaks, and the plate took almost 45minutes ti arrive, and it came cold and not on the term requested for cooking.

Sadly we did not have a great experience, the room was terribly dirty. The linen and bed spread was stained. Pillow covers looked dirty. I complained to front desk/reception area, told them all about this and they said they were going to clean everything. I got back at night and nothing was cleaned. ...
