"We had to wait in an hour and a hald line to check in and get a key...there was no online check in (also, there were many elderly waiting in the line and not offered chairs or assistance). Many of the staff areas were understaffed...with many staff working at least 3 jobs (for instance, at the food bar by the pool there was one person taking orders, making cocktails, AND making the food...so we had another hour wasted just trying to get food) and only one staff member was near another busy family pool (who was supposedly watching the waterslide, running the consessions bar, AND they were running the kids activities). All of the staff looked stressed and miserable, understandably given how they were doing the job of two or three people. The room was clean but noisy..all of the floors creeked and all of the doors on the furniture slammed. The 1 bedroom we stayed in that supposedly fit 4 people had a dinky, run down fold out couch (that one kid barely fit on). It seemed a promising place with the amenities and activities BUT it is sorely understaffed and underserviced...except for the sales staff which are always trying to sell time shares/vacations. We won't bother with this place again."
