Hotel murah di California Selatan

"Everything was beautiful. The room, the facilities. However, while enjoying the pool, I was hit in the face by one of the kids throwing toys around. That really changed my opinion. I would like to enjoy the pool area without being hit in the face with an hard plastic toy!"

"As with much of Big Bear, the buildings are older, but they are well maintained and rooms/condos are updated. It’s clean. Our lake view rooms had a lake view. My only drawback is that parking is tight, barely enough spaces and we were here during the week. Otherwise - great, and if we return to the area, we would stay here again."

"The resort was very clean and well maintained. My family enjoyed our room and the couch was quite a comfortable bed. The kitchen was stocked with good pots and pans (even though we didn't use them) and the laundry room downstairs was free and convenient. The pool was particularly enjoyable. The regular pool was nice and cool, while the jacuzzi was very comfortably warm. "Manager not helpful and defensive when tasked with a simple problem, almost like he is just there to tend to his own personal business. Not good at hospitality, maybe hospitality in the USA is related to not having guests who are disrespectful causing disruption, trashy attitude around the pool area. Simply I asked the manager if there is a hotel policy on Disruptive behavior around the pool are, The guest was in the pool yelling at her kid for over an hour. Went to the office manager to ask if...

"Clean and centrally located with modern amenities."

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is one block away from Hollywood Boulevard, the Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theater, etc. Universal Studios is a 6 min drive away which was nice. The surrounding area can feel sketchy at night. There was trash on the sidewalk right outside the hotel during the entire weekend we stayed. The amount of codes you need to know can be a hassle but it did provide assured security. The washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience. 4/5 stars for me."

"The bathroom and kitchen was pretty nice. The lobby smelled like there was a plumbing issue (waste water smell). The walls are paper thin and since our room was immediately opposite the lobby entrance we could hear every single guest coming and going including a group that arrived at 1am. The property is located next to subsidized living and there were homeless people swearing and yelling all night. I suggest you stay closer to Santa Monica if you want a better experience."
