Regardless of the time of day or night we arrive, the staff always greets us with kindness and ensures we have everything we need. "We had an great stay, Excellent customer service, the pool was enjoyable along with the 24 hour gym. Clean rooms, its a new property hotel, good breakfast choices, friendly staff. "After COVID the hotel rates increased dramatically based on the few improvements to the rooms~ The bathtubs still have no mats in the tubs so they're very slippery~ Bathroom flooring always seems dirty~ The bed coverings are 2 sheets and a thin blanket, we froze both nights! But it's one individual in particular, Kevin, who is very matter of fact and never friendly or helpful! I've been staying at LHL several times a year for the last 10 years and every front desk agent is helpful and friendly,...

"Hotel was clean, nice area. Parking was expensive but you park in a garage underground and there’s a gate into the hotel lot which is very safe. Bathroom was a little dirty and phone in room didn’t work at all. Staff was very friendly and were readily available."
