The pillows were small and soft, I had to fold them in half to get decent support. I did not sleep well and now my neck hurts. The bathroom does not have a working fan and no a/c vent so it was humid and stuffy the whole time. The door has a large gap at the bottom so the light from the hallway shines into the entrance of the room all night long. The a/c didn't...

"This was by one of the nicest hotels we've EVER stayed in. Clean rooms, Dogs welcome ( our guy travels with us) Clean both outside the building and inside. And all the staff we came across smiled and said hello. Little things that make a big difference."

"The AC was like sleeping with a jet engine. The body wash was empty. I was accosted by one of the neighboring guests because I stuck my head out the door to check the weather and made her German Shepard bark. She then continued to attack me calling me creepy and calling her boyfriend outside to take care of me. At one point threatening to let her dog off the leash."

"Beautiful location. Super clean room. My girlfriend loved all of the plants and we got upgraded to the Honeymoon suite which was very romantic. This is hands down an amazing gem of a place in Hemet. Very secure and staff were super helpful and friendly. Zero complaints, will stay again!"

"Very nice grounds/property. The restaurant has a great ambiance but the food is just okay. We stayed Monday-Tuesday and I think they were understaffed (took 40 minutes to get a hold of someone to place a room service order for instance). It’s nice there’s a spa on site though. We got facials and it was nice!"

"Owners were kind when spoken to prior to my visit, as I had questions regarding my checkin. Front desk employee was extremely nice and very helpful. The room was not as expected. The bathroom was very small. The mattress cover underneath the sheet had stains on it. I sent two messages to the hotel prior to my stay and to this day I have not received a reply. They need to update their information because breakfast is not delivered everyday as described. It’s such a cute breakfast idea delivered...
