"We came to LA for a concert at the Kia forum and chose this hotel because of location. I loved it! Great pool area, great restaurants…close to LAX with free airport shuttles all the time to a fro. Also, they have a VIP tours option (not free but worth it) that takes you to concerts and back at Kia and SoFI. I would stay here a million times over."
"Didn't know it was under construction, so some amenities and areas were not available, including a mini store and a Starbucks. The homeless people we had to walk by were obnoxious and there every day all day, not sure how much the staff attempted to have them removed. One followed us. Overall, not a great stay. But the staff were all very nice and helpful."
