"The hotel was very budget friendly and close to the park. It's a 10-12 minute walk to the Toy Story shuttle lot that takes you into the parks. We were able to be accommodated when we got to the hotel earlier than expected. Maria was very friendly and helped get us into a room quickly. The desk associates were friendly and greeted us when we came down to the lobby and went back up to the room. The rooms are a bit outdated but were clean and had what we needed for this trip. "Clean room and very kind staff. Unfortunately the vending machine and ice maker was broken during my visit but there's a restaurant a block away where I was able to get a cup of ice and a soda. Shout out to the receptionist who helped distract another guest who was roughed up and potentially intoxicated who wanted me to follow him to the restaurant (I did not wanna follow him), yous a true life saver lol."
