"I'm not sure what happened to this hotel in the last 12 months but my experience this weekend left me with an extra bitter taste about this hotel. This is definitely the 2nd worse experience I've ever had at a hotel property...and I've visited a lot of properties. From a terrible room experience to not receiving basic services that normally come with stays at hotel properties (unless otherwise noted), not getting the best customer service, and a host of other issues I care not to mention here....

"I think all of the employees were friendly and helpful. The restaurant, bar, clerks, etc. The atmosphere was good. I loved the decor. Food at the restaurant was good. My only complaint is our room had a view of a wall. I would stay there again."
