"Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night."

The bed was very comfortable. Very small refrigerator in room. Hidden television behind canvas painting in the room to keep with the historic charm. "This was THE best stay. We loved the hotel. Took our two puppies and they also agree. Very dog friendly area - the rooms and public areas are 5 star. ⭐️ clean and modern with very helpful polite employees. Parking is included in an attached garage with plenty of space. Beautiful place!"

"Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back."

"This is a great property that’s conveniently located between Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park. It was very and not extremely busy! Hate that you have to pay to park but that would be my only complaint."

"Clean and located in Newport district, which is fantastic. Try the Mexican place, Cancun. Also, there’s a bus stop right out front that goes to Great American ballpark for Reds games every 15 mins."

"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...
