"Clean room and quiet if you are facing the inner garden. Someone was smoking inside another room so the whole floor smelled bad. Breakfast was good but way too expensive (26$ + taxes and tips for 2 eggs with 3 slices of bacon and a toast). Overall a great experience in a nice neighborhood, but in the end felt a little too expensive for what it is."

"We had a redeye flight out at 10:30 at night and they were kind enough to let us have a 3 o'clock check out. That was really helpful to not have to worry about what to do with our luggage for the majority of the day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend this place."

"Front desk and guest service staff were unfriendly and upon coming to the reception desk for check-in, they were looking down at the computer and were not happy to assist, even one of the staff said she was sending a message to her dentist...the guest service staff was just so rude. I regret that I made the booking with Kimpton as never had a such experience at any other hotels I stayed in the past 30 years and even it became a negative impression of San Francisco.."

"Front desk staff was super friendly. Room was clean and updated. Parking on site was nice. Parked right next to my room. We were at the watch show and they were nice enough to let us leave the car in their lot well after check out time. We were happy with our stay here and won't hesitate to book again if in the area. "

"Great location for exploring San Francisco. We used Lyft, bus, light rail, and walked to the Embarcadero, North Beach, Union Square, and Oracle Park. Very comfortable beds, quiet, great-smelling products, and a spotless bathroom. The staff was very attentive, and my daughter commented on the Forbes service. I assumed the property was newly renovated when it was completed in 2023."

"The breakfast is to expensive and no one eat because of the price! The parking if you have a car is more than 100$ US per night, this is a shame and really bad"

It’s always nice and clean for my needs, The hotel receptionist was nice.Right in the middle of the China Town where I can find a Chinese food to eat or chops .This hotel are not too far to go driving around the San Francisco to the piers, to the beaches or tourist area at all. Happy to stay here at all times."
