"This is a brand-new property, and the rooms were in nice condition. However, I was disappointed considering we paid over $300 per night. The AC in our room (or on the entire floor) was not working properly, and we mentioned it to the front desk twice, but no alternative solution or room was offered, even though the hotel did not appear to be fully booked. The showerhead holder in our room was completely cracked through the center, and while I was showering, the showerhead fell out of the broken holder and hit me in the head. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a safety issue that could have easily been prevented if the damaged fixture had been repaired before the room was given to a guest.
