"Great "

"I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!"

"The staff we interacted with from the front desk, to the dining room were friendly and helpful-excellent service. Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and beautiful grounds. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the Emory area again."

"Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up."

"Very terrible experience I would give it a zero star rating. I had to check out of the hotel immediately after I checked in given how unclean the hotel was it was smelling of mold. The room wasn’t close proximity to the parking lot and it felt very unsafe. The property did not give me a refund, although I booked it for nine days. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was not similar to what it appeared in the website."

"The place was nice and the room was clean. We did find a sock behind the couch. The part I had an issue with was. It was an additional $45 to park. That was ridiculous. You just paid over $200 to stay one night. They can’t comp you for parking."

"First let me give a shout out to Jerome, the hotel ambassador at The Candler. He was amazing and made our mother-daughter mothers day weekend so wonderful. From his amazing energy to checking in throughout our stay. He was so kind to upgrade us to an amazing suite which made our celebration that much more special.
