"Not what i expected"

"Check in was easy, the owner provided me with bldg and room access. Hotel rules was explained via email in details. I only had one issue with no shower gel. But the reception came and explain the issue and rectified the situation the same day.Adefra staff member Omar Molina was on point with making breakfast the way I preferred it and assisted me with points of interest around Santo Domingo."

"The room was clean, the air conditioner and bed good. But the refrigerator didn't work and the staff give permission to a visitor to go directly to my room without permission around midnight and I think this is really dangerous because they don't know if this person it's looking for me to kill me or something else bad."

"All was good. One of the cleaning staff did not have the best attitude. If you knock for 12 check in and it’s not quite 12 yet, maybe wait and give a grace period of 10-15 minutes. All other staff were great."

"The hotel is beautiful but from checking in it was difficult and the individual checking is in had attitude. Then in the hallway there were multiple trays of eaten food that was never picked up for, I stayed at the hotel two days. Also asked for extra towels and never received them though I was told they ordered them and when calling front desk I had to call like 5 times to get a call back."

"En General el hotel es agradable y el personal muy amables y atento especialmente de Kleyber. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente y los muebles de baño son muy pequeños especialmente los lavabos. Las regaderas no funcionan adecuadamente porque en las noches no hay agua caliente. Les sugiero mejorar los alimentos del desayuno, es pobre y mal sazón."

"Small room ac wasn't working well. Batteries ran out of the ac remote. And then the guy staff loses the key to the room i was staying in after i give it to him when he comes to change the batteries to the room. and wants me to find it. The next morning tryna act like I gotta pay a fee for lost key when hes the one I gave the key too."

"While the location and the staff were a definite plus, I found that the rooms are really old and not well maintained. Additionally, the beds were old and uncomfortable."
