The staff was absolutely wonderful and always willing to assist. I do have to mention Sara from the reception desk in particular since I had issues with my rental vehicle and was going back and forth with the company from Italy and Germany and she went above and beyond making sure she could assist the best she could. The Spa Staff was also wonderful.

The hotel is amazing. We have been coming to this hotel now since several years, and we have never been disappointed. Very quiet and relaxing. Outstanding friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the 18 and 9 holes golf-courses.

Besides being a wonderfully unique historical property that’s been renovated throughout, the staff is incredibly helpful and patient not only with how to take adavtange of the hotel’s many amenities, but also with local sights and experiences.

Hotel/golf i luksus klassen

Vi havde 4 overnatninger på stedet og det var helt super - en helt perfekt modtagelse og indtjekning - et udemærket værelse på trods af at sengen var lidt hård. Vi spiste i restauranten alle 4 aftener og det var køkken i særklasse og med en vidunderlig udsigt over golf banen som vi iøvrigt spillede en af dagene ( Jack nicklaus 18 huller ) tilpas i sværhed smukt designet og flot vedligeholdt - absolut anbefalelses værdigt hotel/golf.

Ruhig gelegenes 5-Sterne-Hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am eigenen Golfplatz, der Gardasee ist nahe. Kostenfreie Parkplätze, großzügige Außenpool-Anlage. Die Classic-Zimmer sind durch Bäume eher dunkel. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Far from a 5star stay

The room we book for what we thought a 5star stay was not in the Palazzo hotel but at a condominium that is below par - absolutely no 5 star, very small room, old furnishings and very old bathroom, an invasion of mosquitos - and when asked to get another room with decent conditions, we were asked to pay an additional of 30% per night. All in all the hotel is not worth it. The service is ok. On the other side the restaurant is very good, and that includes the breakfast served daily.

Gutes Golf Resort aber nicht länger als 5 Tage

Das Hotel ist ein alter Palazzo und so ist er auch ein gerichtet. Trotzdem können man mehr tun das Spa und der Indoor pool haben keinen direkten Zugang nach aussen. Die Betten sin ziemlich hart und der Fernseher sehr klein. Wir wurden nett empfangen. Der Turndown Service funktioniert, das Zimmer könnte jedoch häufiger gesaugt werden. Wir haben doch Grass vom Golfplatz der sehr schön ist mit rein gebracht. Es ist eine nett Golflocation das Essen im Golfclub ist allerdings besser (preis/Leistung) als im Hotel Restaurant welches, für die geboten Qualität viel zu teuer ist. Hier kann man nur auf viele gute Restaurants im Umkreis von 10 Km verweisen die eine wesentlich besser Qualität zu günstigeren Preisen bieten. Das Hotel hat 5 Sterne obwohl wir es als 4,5 einstufen würden. Von den letzten vergleichbaren Hotels liegt es hier deutlich am Ende. Diese sind Borgo Egnazzia, Donnafugata, Roccoforte Sizilien, Due Torri Verona.

Great For Golf

We stayed at Palazzo Arzaga for four nights.!we went there for the second time because of the excellent quality of the golf course. Unfortunately the second time we did not find the hotel in great shape and a bit messy. The room we stayed in had a very little window, which we personally didn't like. There were blood stains on the brochures in the room and stains on the hair dryer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food was excellent. We hope they pay more attention to details and maintain the quality of a 5 star resort.

Schönes Palazzo Hotel

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, freundliches und meist sehr bemühtes Personal. Wer Perfektion im Detail erwartet, könnte nicht ganz zufrieden sein und wäre besser in einem Standard 5 Sterne Hotel aufgehoben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
