"1100 plus rooms but no way to check in before the 2:00 time line as “your room is not ready” was the answer for 90 minutes.
The place was so empty and quiet they shut down the restaurant and kiosk.
If you look close you can see the dirt. So don’t look too closely"

"Such a wonderful experience staying here. It’s a brand new property, absolutely immaculate. We spent one night there and regret not being able to stay longer. We booked one of their signature “The Level” suites and with sweeping views of the mountains and sea. The staff were very attentive to our needs and made us feel truly welcome especially Hai Vy who checked us in and Thanh Thanh who checked us out. Breakfast was delicious as well! Will definitely come again!"

"Overall
The resort has a lovely private beach, comfortable rooms, and good dining options. However, poor communication, coordination, and service fell short of five-star expectations. Better planning and more proactive guest service would greatly improve the experience the reson why a 4* review is given.
The Cons
Lack of concierge service: No staff assisted with my luggage upon arrival, despite the hotel being quiet. This falls short of five-star expectations and a VIP Expedia property,...
