While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. "Super stay as a half way point from Wimbledon to the coast on bikes with kids. Excellent, spacious family room. Right on the Down’s link. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere on a sunny afternoon. Gastro pub, although we felt that the standard of the food could be improved a little. Overall though an enjoyable stay. "
