"We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites for my daughter’s cheer competition, and I had to take a moment to recognize Sandy at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond for our family during our stay. From the moment we arrived, Sandy was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Traveling with kids for a competition can be a bit hectic, but she made everything so much easier and stress-free. She was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that level of heart into their work, and it did not go unnoticed. Sandy made our experience so much more enjoyable, and we are so grateful for her kindness. Thank you, Sandy, for making our stay extra special—we will definitely be back!"

"Check was efficient, with about 12 people ahead of me at arrival. The lobby is nice, has lots of seating and light. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the elevator doors need rubber bumpers, the slamming metal sound they made when closing scared me several times over night "

"First thing I noticed when checking in was that the place smelled clean, and the receptionist was extremely nice and accommodating. The outside of the building looked a little outdated, maybe because of the closed restaurant right in front of the hotel. The only thing that bothered me was the toilet handle was a little finicky. If it wasn’t jiggled just right, the toilet wouldn’t fill back up, and the water pressure was slow to refill the tank, which made it a little inconvenient with a family. Other than that, I would stay here again. Great rooms for the price."

"Bed was comfortable, hotel was pretty quiet. Hotel lobby smelled like weed but I didn’t mind that, so if you’re not 420 friendly the smell might bother you. Location was great! "
