Great location and fun place! It was wonderful to be able to have our dog with us and the owner had great suggestions for our stay and we can't wait to go back!

Very comfortable and accommodating. Had a great fire pit, excellent coffee, good vibes and a cool lab named LewisNClark. Alice was very helpful pointing out local activities!

The owner greeted us and showed us personally around. The property is lovely and we enjoyed our overnight stay. The room we had did not have a tv and o hadn’t noticed that in the description so that was my fault. We also ran out of hot water with two of us taking a shower. But there were no vacancies so there might have been heavy consumption of water in the morning. Overall we liked our stay and would return if we are in the area.

Our favorite place during our coastal Maine roadtrip! Adorably decorated and very clean. Absolutely loved the record player, records, and books in the room and fresh flowers in the bathroom! We will be back for sure!

The flower displays and fresh flowers in the room were very pretty. There was a strong dog smell in the room which would be fine for people traveling with a pet. The deck leading to the lawn and pool needs some work. My wife enjoyed her swim in the pool.

I loved this place. The common rooms were so lovely and full of fresh plants and flowers. The room was cozy and the view of the property and the ocean were incredible. Books and records and coffee and places to relax. The owner was so kind and hospitable. We really enjoyed this special motel! Will book again when we’re back in the area.

What a hidden gem! We had such a lovely stay in one of the cabins. Alice is friendly and welcoming - so is her delightful furry intern, Lewis - and has curated a laid-back, beachy vibe with this property. The room was cozy and the bed very comfy. It was a great place to land and chill out after spending the days in nearby Belfast and Camden. Our puppy had a lovely time there as well, with lots of spots to sniff and explore. I look forward to seeing what Alice does as she expands this property...we'll definitely be staying there again!

This place is an absolute gem! Our little family adored staying here. Check in was an absolute breeze, sharing a tour of the common areas that are absolute drool worthy. We loved that they had coffee ready for all guests at 7am and throughout the morning. The flowers surrounding the property were gorgeous. The pool was perfect. Our room was clean and cool from the hot summer day. Also, Lewis and Clarke, the family dog of the Lincolnville Motel made friends with all the other dogs and guests and was such an added charm to the stay. We will ABSOLUTEY be back!

The view from our room of the ocean was very nice even though it was small and far away. The staff consisted of one person, I assume the owner, she was very friendly. The room however was bare bones! We were on the second level ( there were only two) up steep wooden stairs. When I booked the motel I thought I was booking a cabin. That is what the website showed. The bed was so uncomfortable, my husband and I woke up with backaches. There was no tv, no microwave unless you went downstairs to the common area, there was no phone in the room, the floor had multiple levels of stained area rugs on top of each other which was a tripping hazard. The shower control knob was almost impossible to regulate, it was either way too cold or scalding hot.The price was not consistent with the service offered in my opinion.

We checked in for a two-night stay in Lincolnville on our way back down to NYC from Bar Harbor, and it was the ultimate place to catch our breath. While we were recovering from Acadia, the kids instantly bypassed their screens to become full-time vinyl DJs on the in-room record player, when they weren't busy exploring the gorgeous grounds. The owner, Alice, has completely nailed that elusive "welcoming-but-supremely-laid-back" coastal vibe. The motel is conveniently situated just two minutes away from our morning coffee and market runs, and a quick 10 minutes from downtown Camden and Mount Battie. Our only regret? We wish we had more nights to actually enjoy the pool, sauna, fire pit, and Lincolnville Beach nearby. The ultimate review, though, comes from the kids—they are already asking if we can stay here the next time we come back to Maine!

A little pricey, but after a week of camping it was great to have a clean bed and bathroom with quality soaps and lotions. Camden is a cool town with lots to do and only a few minute drive away.
