"The first thing I want to thank owner's fresh baked brownies and muffins on behalf of my friends Quan Liu and his wife, Shujun Ma as well as my husband Ming Xiao Zou. In addition I appreciated for providing a right information of the hospital after my friends got mushroom poisoned.

"Nestled in the seaside town of Belfast, Seascape Motel and Cottages are the perfect getaway location for nearby Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and Portland without the touristy crowds. Plenty of good restaurants within a couple miles, then come back and relax! Comfortable beds and clean rooms, the charming record players and records to listen to as well as a clean hot tub and pool just steps outside your door with a pretty bay view. Joe and Diana are great hosts! Would stay at again!"

"Property was clean. Room was nice. Staff was not around other than when they checked us in. Breakfast was minimal and doughnuts were not fresh. Was hard to get out of driveway on to the main road."
