"The hotel room was clean, comfy bed and great shower pressure. The hotel is part of a bigger complex which includes bistro, pokies ect which is great. Staff told me patrons dwindle around 9 when bistro closes so noise dies down then. Had no problems with thay voulsnt hear them or the kids playing on the play ground either. Down side of my stay (Wednesday night) at 11:30pm the music got turned up real loud and woke me and wasn't turned off till 3am so couldn't sleep. Except for that was a great...

"A comfortable stay at this modest motel. Everything worked well and the rooms were clean. Area was quiet day and night with a nice countryside feel. It was a means to an end really as there is limited accommodation options in Picton. The distance from town was too far to walk and taxi options are very limited. There is a nice restaurant attached with great dining options of good quality and reasonably priced. "

"Traveling with a service dog, I was denied entry by the receptionist. Would not accept that my dog was entitled to access even though I produced the service dog identification.I explained the motel was liable for a for a $10,000 fine, and had to threaten to call the police.
Finally she called the manager, who thankfully sorted things out.
Was not a good experience for a suffer of PTSD.
When loading the car to depart at 6 am, i was locked out, as was another guest. There is no access to the...

"Loved the feel of the hotel. Felt luxurious and loved the design features in bedrooms. Immaculately clean and common areas of the hotel were well maintained. Loved the pool area and gym etc.
Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc
Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter...
