"Hardly any toilet paper when we arrived. No cable TV even though the website indicates there is. We stayed 2 nights but there was no maid service for our room. We mentioned this at the front desk at 5:00pm but were told the cleaning staff had gone home. Disappointing overall considering what we paid for our room. The location of the hotel is the only positive thing about our stay. "

"I booked this place last min because it was one of the more reasonable priced places to stay. Let’s just say it’s comparable to a motel. It’s one star at best. The tv and toilet were not working so they did come and fix those things pretty fast but there is no elevator so we were stuck to having a room on the first floor and couldn’t open the curtain because the sidewalk to a busy road was literally right outside our window. The floor was dirty so we wore our crocs the whole time even to shower. They gave us limited towels. I mean if you are looking for a place to literally just sleep and go then ok but this place does not know the meaning of any type of luxury at allllll. The heating worked pretty good but honestly I would not come back to this place ."

"Overall it was great. Extremely clean and well stocked. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Hamilton. The breakfast has a good selection. Next time I’m back in Hamilton I will be stay here again! "
