"The perfect spot for our family with young kids. We were able to stop in for naps, wash laundry - detergent was provided - so we could pack less, and cook meals instead of having to eat out with babies. Located a quick walk from the go station so catching the train into Toronto was super quick and easy. We ended up with a large rental vehicle so parking in the underground parkade was pretty tight but we were able to fit. Overall it was clean and quiet and we had a great time!"

"Hotel view was beautiful and the room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The room had a lot of things that needed to be fixed and our check in wasn't the greatest. The room wasnt ready at check in time which was completely fine and were asked to wait about 5 minutes which we were okay with. We waited nearly 15 mins and asked again as we had to leave for a specific time. (during the wait the employees were arguing it was a little uncomfortable) We asked if our room was ready the agent...

"Guest bathroom not accessible when checking in? Told they’d be “fast” when I needed to pee first… I thought bathrooms need to be accessible to guests… Housekeeping need to clean baseboards in the bathroom. Showers need cleaned better making sure they get around the shampoo and conditioner bottles that hang on the wall and the pillows are destroyed from being washed too much and parking not suitable for the amount of rooms. Someone with a trailer was taking up 8 spaces. Location is close to a...
