"I found the staff to be extremely helpful. The property was clean and quiet. I was surprised to learn that we had to pay 20 dollars a night extra for parking and that "access to plug-in" for electric or hybrid vehicles meant that we could drive down the street and pay for parking in a public lot. Misleading. Also, there were few electrical outlets in the room and no overhead light. The room was rather dark."

"The perfect spot for our family with young kids. We were able to stop in for naps, wash laundry - detergent was provided - so we could pack less, and cook meals instead of having to eat out with babies. Located a quick walk from the go station so catching the train into Toronto was super quick and easy. We ended up with a large rental vehicle so parking in the underground parkade was pretty tight but we were able to fit. Overall it was clean and quiet and we had a great time!"

"Never stayed. Tried to cancel a few days before due to a family and it was denied even if I took a reservation at another Comfort Inn in another city close to the family emergency. Not very compassionate. We stayed at another Comfort Inn in Belleville."
