"We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket"

The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

Thankfully the staff was helpful and not at all surprised by our request to move buildings. The room we moved to was smaller and the deck much smaller but it was clean, updated, and didn’t smell musty. We didn’t even unpack - we moved. "

The fridge froze our food even on the lowest setting, but that could’ve just been our specific room we didn’t end up switching. The staff were friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend the hotels luau and surfing lesson!! Both were a blast! The hotel is also in a convenient location to restaurants and shops! "

"This hotel was amazing, and we will definitely stay there again. The staff was amazing, rooms were modern and clean and not to mention the breakfast. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. Bacon, sausage, eggs and potatoes was the base, and they offered french toast, pancakes and waffles multiple days. The 10th floor had a great pool and hot tub with amazing views was my 8 year old's favorite part. We swam every day and had an easy towel check in & out process. The hotel also had an arcade...
