"I loved the place the only exception was that the room wasn't ready reception said they will call me once ready and I never got a call until I went back to reception around 5:30pm to get the room."

"Pros: Good price and the staff was nice. Cons: -Elevator seemed a bit shaky and the safety certificate displayed was expired by 2 years. -Side door propped open and pool gate key machine broken so anyone could get in pool area and hotel. -Place could use some deep cleaning and a facelift. Fan in bathroom was disgustingly dirty, shower head shot water out really hard, hole needed patching in bathroom. Cabinetry was patched but not painted. Baseboard by shower looked rotted out and caulk by tub failing. Tub could also use a deep cleaning to get rid of mildew by drain. Pool concrete cracked and chipping. Pool towels were stained and ripped. Cigarette butts on pool patio. Whole place could use some new paint, newer furniture and carpets."

"Such a cute and relaxing stay! The location was perfect for our Sedona getaway and was super close to Bell Rock and all the beautiful sightseeing spots. The property was clean, comfortable, and had such a peaceful atmosphere. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again! 🏜️✨💕"
