They kept 100 dollar deposit which I didn't know was going to happy so my husband and I could not buy any merch at Great America because we couldn't afford it. I will not be going back."
"No breakfast or coffee is served in the lobby. I requested an ADA room that had a walk-in shower - that is what I booked. However, it was not on the first floor as described, and it only had a bathtub with handles, which was not helpful at all, especially because I stayed 2 nights. Not acceptable."
