"Carpet was not swept, pillowcases were very wrinkled and looked as though they had not been laundered. Liquid soap spout on dispenser was broken and couldn't be used. The shuttle van was appreciated, however, the seat belt receptical was broken, and if you scooted across the seat the metal part sticking up would tear your clothing. We will not revisit this property."

"Room was relatively clean enough though very small. Curtains did not close all the way (kind of a problem when it’s light out for 20 hrs a day). Possibly the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on, and the duvet had no cover which means it’s rarely laundered, which is gross. Florescent overhead lights and loud bathroom fan were pretty awful. Exterior of property was not well maintained."

"Poor service and safety concerns. Our stay started poorly with a very rude front desk staff during registration and shuttle coordination. The biggest issue happened when we arrived at our room: the door was ajar, the TV was on, and the lights were on. The front desk casually advised that housekeeping just forgot to shut the door and turn things off. Additionally, the TV remote didn't work and no channel guide was available. Staff attempted to assist but couldn't resolve the issue. I cannot...

"It’s clean room with decent amenities. Staff was polite and helpful. They don’t offer free breakfast but gave some muffins and bars in the morning. I appreciate them giving it but they are pretty stale and some of them seemed to have expired. It’s an old hotel but rooms are clean and satisfied with the stay."
