"Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer soweit in Ordnung, aber angewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Teppich fleckig und viele Kleinstmängel. Frühstücksbuffet ok, jedoch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Besteck war nicht poliert und schmutzig, dass ist dringend verbesserungswürdig. Große Shoppingsmall mit vielen Restaurants gleich nebenan. Florenz innerhalb von 45 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen."

"Was perfect until we discovered cockroaches. Slept with the lights on. Told hotel and they acted surprised and completely avoided discussing. We found five in two nights. Not sure how many we missed before seeing the first one. "

"We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"It was a dream to stay on this property. It has the most beautiful views of Florence. The property itself is so picturesque it didn’t feel real being there. I loved the dogs on the property. The entire staff was so welcoming and attentive, especially Sam who was amazing! Highly recommend staying here. There’s no other place like it. "
