"We had a 2 bedroom garden suite looking out onto the pool area. It was at the exit beside the restaurant Peri-Peri which is part of Pune Cliff and it was just across the road to the supermarket if you needed to buy anything. We were self catering but every day the cleaner came and replaced tea towel, towels, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, cleaning clothes- it was amazing they also washed any dishes and put the remainder in the dishwasher and put it on. "This was our third time returning to Felesia Gardens and again we had a brilliant stay. The standard of service is top quality and never fails to disappoint. The hotel, rooms, pool are immaculately clean and you can see real care goes into providing the best service for their clients. We had an 18 month old and never were short of space for sunbeds or room for him to roam. There was a large selection of exquisite food to choose from as usual which changes daily. Again, a fantastic stay....

"Location was amazing. Apartment was large and spacious very airy great view out onto the arena. Plenty of sitting area two large spacious bedrooms things that I would recommend to add to the apartment as there is only one bathroom I’d recommend that place a mirror mirror in each of the bedrooms so as the ladies could get ready individually And also it would be nice to have a couple of sun loungers out on the back patio as there is nowhere to lie down and sun bathe. "Absolutely Amazing Hotel, Reception team, most welcoming, and helpful with taxis ect, Everything was perfect, food was amazing and lots of choice, the restaurant staff were great, and always found us a table, even when it was busy, the standard of food across our stay was always 100%. Our room was just the best, the layout and balcony's were very spacious, the maids were lovely cant fault anything. Overall a wonderful stay at The Patio Hotel, we will be returning. "

"It was our second year in a row visiting this hotel - 2 adults and a 4 year old. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with lovely sea views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with children. The hotel is in a lovely quiet safe area but just a short taxi ride to the busy marina. The new fountains were a lovely addition. The hotel is very clean. The rooms a little bit dated but it didn't bother us, once they were clean. "

"Staff were so helpful and friendly. Villas were very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to provide some kitchen essentials such as wasing up liquid, cloth, dishwasher tablets, coffee and tea. Otherwise all was thought through."
