"We stayed one night before our flight at 630am. The place was beautifully maintained and staff was very helpful. Although there is no one site restuarant, there is a nice place with reasonably price food just a few minutes walk away."

"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"The owner was untrustworthy and we feel we were duped. I made this reservation on expedia for a room that had a queen and a fold out couch. I realized the day we were to arrive, I booked it for one person, so I informed them there would be three. The owner called back to say it is a room has only one bed for 2, the couch does not fold out and they could not provide a cot since he had no housekeeping the rest of the day. He said I could book a second room for the third person or cancel...

"DO NOT book at this hotel. Everything about it was terrible. We had to leave our 5 night booking we had reserved at Hotel Principe and move to another hotel it was so awful. When we arrived, I nearly tripped over the bulky. bunched up rug on the floor of the reception area (staff showed zero concern), the porter who took our suitcases up to our room was rough and nearly broke them and then told me “don’t worry, don’t worry” when I asked him to please be more careful.
