"Proprietario scortese,arrogante,rigido, scorretto. Non ha voluto riconoscere la prenotazione CONFERMATA da EXPEDIA affermando di non avere nessun rapporto con la vostra organizzazione e che "in casa sua" non potete imporre le vostre tariffe e che peraltro aveva rifiutato la presentazione che mi avete confermato. Alla fine ho dovuto pagare €50 quando nella vostra prenotazione era confermato un costo complessivo di €34. Esperienza pessima vissuta con imbarazzante disagio, mai capitata cosa...

"Our booking was cancelled one hour before arrival - even though we spoke with the reservations desk on the same morning to confirm… very disappointing! Not being able to view emails during our drive or make a call made our evening very stressful that day."

"Modern and well-appointed room with nice toiletries supplied. The proprietors made you feel like family. They made a nice breakfast every morning and welcomed everyone. They were lovely. Also had a washer we could do our laundry and drying rack provided on our private balcony. Located up the mountain from the town, it was a short walk but we had a beautiful view. The common areas were nice and comfortable and very welcoming! "
