"The guy at the reception was wonderful! Helped my family. Clean room."

"I stayed at the Dome Hotel for one night and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect, and my room was unique, clean, quiet, and beautifully laid out. Nicola, the owner, was extremely helpful and speaks excellent English. My only concern was the lack of an elevator—the hotel is on the second floor of a historic building, with about four flights of stairs. However, Nicola came at 7:00 a.m. to help me carry my suitcase downstairs, which I really appreciated. The airport transfer was excellent...

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"All the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were unbelievable would highly recommend beautiful hotel made the stay in Syracuse"

"The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

"The location is practical since it is close to the central station. Nice large room and comfortable bed. It was the first time useing phone to unlock the door. I was ok once I received assistance from the owner."

"Very central, walking distance to all tourist attractions. Good size rooms"

"The location is great, and everything is within walking distance. The agent was also very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is quite spacious, but there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. The shower area also lacks a proper step or barrier to prevent water from running onto the bathroom floor. When we showered, water spread all over the floor, which made quite a mess. Overall, the location and friendly service were good, but the bathroom could use some improvements, especially with keeping...

"The hotel is quite cool - looks unimpressive from the outside but inside the rooms are very modern and clean. We had 2 rooms on the top floor with skylights which had remote-controlled shades. We were given code access to get in - which was perfect as we arrived early and dropped our bags off. We were lucky to fin street parking just across the street from the hotel. The location was awesome. Right next to the bridge to Ortigia. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by. The staff...
