"The staff was outstanding. They checked in our bags early as we came from the cruise port. They changed our room when we determined that the original room was next to the elevator and I’m a very light sleeper. They called in a request for a 0500 taxi and he arrived at 0455. Bed was a bit odd, but overall it was a great deal for the price."

"Hotel is run down, it had a smell on the room, we needed to open the windows to ventilate. There was very few tv channels to watch. The food at the restaurant was fine and overall the hotel staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. "

"As other reviews state the property is a little dated however its exceptionally clean. We were given a room on the ground floor no balcony. We stayed 3 nights but if we had been staying longer or spending longer in the hotel i would have requested a change. We arrived late so wasnt going to bother at that time of night. Breakfast was fairly good. Good value for money. Sadly of all the hotels we have stayed in this was the least friendly staff wise. It wasnt so busy and while they were not rude i felt a little effort into interacting with guests passing reception would be appreciated just a greeting or a have a nice day. "
