Nice and lean property just by the beach but walking distance to centre. The only negative thing I can think of is that the coffee shop doesn’t open until 9. It’s quite a walk to the nearest other coffee shop.

The property was very clean and modern and the staff was incredibly attentive. Our view from our balcony was absolutely incredible. And we were able to watch the sunrise from it. It wasn’t the closest Walt to the center of town but also wasn’t too far.

Lovely stay. We happened to be there when there was a film festival. The staff handled everything so well. Breakfast was good and had variety. Walking distance to the beaches and city center. Would stay again.

Sitges is a chill city.. we liked the hotel as it is conveniently located around 20 mins from the center. The walk can be a bit tough as it is hilly but it is nice to see the coast while walking to the hotel. The staff at the hotel are so nice and helpful. The room view is amazing and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel

Melia is a great hotel with very professional staff, the transportation needs to be improved maybe a shutter from the town to the hotel. Taxis services take too long.

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, only bad thing i would say is Airconditioner not working very well in the room, the room is a nice size and bed very comfortable. Beautiful area lots of restaurant and beach walking distance from hotel. We would be back.

This is the only hotel to stay in Sitges. Great breakfast, central air conditioning, amazing shower, beautiful pool and pool area, and all rooms have a great size balcony, close enough to town but not in the middle of the party. Great walkable restaurants in the marina and next to Balmins beach. The train station is just a 15min walk. You also have a supermarket 10min away.

The receptionist called Faus was excellent. He organised a great room 271 for us. Unfortunately the Aircon didn’t work properly and the room was very hot. Housekeeping sent an engineer who replaced the filter and he told us that the room would cool down in 30 minutes. We went out for dinner and came back at eleven to a very hot and stuffy room. After enduring an uncomfortable night I told the female receptionist about the Aircon when we were checking out in the morning. She couldn’t have cared less. I also emailed the Melia hotel and haven’t heard back. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Good typical conference hotel. Well located, a bit away from busy centre but close to beaches and harbour with nice restaurants. Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet very good (but needs more yogurt!). Overall installation a bit dated, good do with a refreshment. Rooms clean and comfortable with nice terrace. Hotel overstuffed in restaurant and understaffed at reception.

Property is located conveniently to restaurants, scenery and shopping. The property itself is poorly maintained. Filthy carpets, ant infestation, substandard food, etc....we have decided not to stay in another Melia property based on this experience and one in the Dominican in 2015.

Nice location. Cold service. Feels like industry hotel. Maybe focus more on business conferences than tourists? For example the doors leading to the beach are closed - forcing all to go through main gate. A lot of smoking on premises and balconies
