"First time here, I believe the hotel only opened at the start of 2026. The hotel itself is very nice, all very modern and nice looking. Rooms aren’t huge but all clean :) My key stopped working and you have to use your key to use the lifts so I was stuck on floor 19…I walked down the stairs…to find you need a key to access the reception floor so I went back up to the gym and asked a randomer to press the lift to 0 for me. "Denied check-in for 4 people when there was a double sofa bed & king size bed. I've stayed in other hotels in Spain with the same arrangement and number of people with no issues. They left us stranded the day we arrived for our two week trip with no choice but to book new accomodations somewhere else last minute that costed us thousands of dollars since they refused to refund us or offer any upgrades."

"The owner, Jordi, and his staff went out of their way to help me. He gave me a ride from the train station to his nearby restaurant, where I had a fantastic dinner. Then he dropped me off at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk attendant was kind enough to drive me to the bus stop for my journey to Barcelona. I was most grateful to be spared a long walk. Muchisimas gracias a todos!"

"Hotel was nice, room was good - older but clean, no complaints air conditioner worked great and beds were comfortable enough. The staff were very unfriendly, were rude and not helpful when it came to anything we asked or needed. Talked to other residents staying and they had the same issue. Would not stay again solely based of off bad customer service."
