However, the reception team were less than helpful - issuing us the wrong room initially and then, after swapping the room couldn't have been less interested in helping us move, or find the new room or any kind of explanation as to the mistake. Breakfast was very sub-par (and expensive) - promising the usual (eggs benedict, pancakes, etc.) but then we were told that they weren't available. "The rooms are really spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The hotel is situated at a great location in the city if you need easy access to local transport and walk to the central or around sites. It's a bit noisy during the day but quiets down by night. Plenty of restaurants around, local and otherwise."

"Nice apartment in a central location in a secure building. It's in an area with many shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Warsaw. "

"Hotel staff and facilities were 5 star all the way. The pool and spa are a must see and use as is the restaurant and Cozy bar. Location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to every major area and attraction. 5 nights were not enough."

"Good located hotel, 5 minute walk from central station (or get bus 175 from airport stops at same place) free breakfast included. Good size room and quiet from road noise outside. Bed comfy, decent sized bathroom. All staff encountered were very helpful when needed. Little supermarket next to hotel too. Easy access to get trams, buses or trains to wherever needed."

"Great location - nice property - and great staff. Also gives you acessation to a very good gym just steps anway. Only reason not to choose Hotel Teatro is if you prefer a larger hotel with gathering spaces, bars, etc."
