"The sink in the bathroom leaked when turned on and the mattress sagged quite a bit in the middle. It needed replacing. Went to the bar for a quick drink and limited options for happy hour specials, 2 types of beers and a couple of mixed drinks. Bartenders passed us several times before waiting on us. Very disappointed in Embassy Suites @ Norman."

"Room was fine. There was no shower curtain and the bathroom door is a slider that locks with a latches that got stuck easy. Lights were confusing cause they don’t come on unless on specific light is on. The bed and sheets and towels were clean but overall the walls and carpet and doors are fading fast. And the price was high. The breakfast was warm and professional and the staff was helpful and courteous and timely. "

"Arrived 1 hr early, wouldn't let me check in because they needed time to inspect the room...we waited 40 min, they let us in to a mothball smellin, stained comforter, and piss on the toilet seat "clean" room. The older lady up front was cranky and rude! Saw a maid vaping also...nice place yall"

"Very nice place to stay with beautiful scenery. Staff was Extremely friendly and breakfast menu is served in the room was a nice touch (we had the Denver omelets and pancake/egg/bacon breakfasts, which were very good). This is our new place to stay in the Norman area. One note: this was our fault for not noticing when booking, but there are some upper-floor rooms with stairs only."
