"Check-in staff was wonderful- very friendly and helpful. Our room had multiple outlets that did not work and the shower was not clean- rust or mold around the edges. The carpet was quite stained too."

"Hotel was under construction, and it was not stated on the app. The staff was rude. Loud breakfast was horrible. Could not even get coffee. It was instantly snatched up. Staff was loud as early as 8 AM with a janky loud cart and paid no attention to how loud they were speaking outside our door doors. As well as slamming doors. Property was disgusting, riding on walls, molded, etc.."

"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff was very helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Recommendations - Due to excessive water on the floor after taking a shower, the shower door itself needs insulating. The shower also requires a wall safety bar. And the toilet paper roll holder should be moved to the adjacent wall with a small table next to it. Wished more restaurants were within easy walking distance. Overall - with the minor changes mentioned, I highly recommend...

"We were impressed with the size of the hillside room. The flooring was very nice with tile throughout. The bathroom was amazing! It had a very large shower with beautiful tile. The shower fixture needs adjustment, though some of the features on it weren’t working like the rain head. But the water is very hot. The shower was big enough for two people and the tile in the bathroom floor was just beautiful. It also had an extremely large walk-in closet and lots of shelves. To make this unit even...

"The breakfast was good. The room was impeccable and was big. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely stay again. The girl at the check in was kind of rude, I guess she didn't want to be there. They charged a $50 incidental fee that wasn't advertised. She should let guest know. The fee was returned to me but I didn't know. I enjoyed my stay. Hopefully next time the will have more friendly staff"
