"In the woods but only a mile from town, the Juniper Hotel was an ideal hotel for the area. The separation from town was great, and they had an hourly shuttle into and from town. We used it every day and it was to the minute. The shuttle driver was really friendly. We sat in the many Adirondack chairs lining the back of the hotel, with a view of town and the mountains. The attached restaurant was superb, perfect for breakfast. We were able to open our window to our room and sleep to the outside...
"The room was well maintained and having breakfast every day was great! Good variety of foods. The location of the lodge was amazing as it was right in the center of town. Easy to walk everywhere!"
"Room was OK (although with old furniture), and staff was friendly. But the hotel definitely needs renovation and remodeling. The corridors were smelly with a kind of old cigarette sent that influenced our whole perception of the hotel. We had booked for two nights but we were so disappointed that we cancelled the second night."
