"Small issue with our first room that they resolved quickly for us. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who offered to help us move our stuff. Second room was great. Large comfy beds. Pool was a little cool. Hot tub was ok but could stand a better cleaning. Restaurant in the hotel had good food and big portions. "Do not recommend at all. The dirty glasses in my room, the shampoo and condition packets that had less than a teaspoon in it were useless. The pool being out of order for over a year and not saying so when we booked or after when they changed it on line was fraudulent. No staff at night to help with anything. "The room was quite expensive for what we got. There was no A/C in the main room and the second room the a/c was on full blast and barely made a difference. The windows could not be left safely open as you sleep as there was no inner privacy cover that let air in and no bars on the window to prevent someone easily coming in from the screen.
