I was hopeful it would be cute but was very surprised by how nice it actually was, there were many features i haven’t had in hotels before, it was both cozy and extremely clean. "This place is horrible, I highly suggest you find another hotel. Our heater was broken, hot tub was broken and disgusting. The sauna had holes in the walls. The room was not serviceed well too. The manager promised to give me a discount but then wasn't available at checkout. Brutal experience. "

"Another special stay at Baker Creek. We were only able to stay one night this time, but loved the surroundings and cosy feel of the log cabin. We hope to be back again! "

"Room 107 We were greeted with a beautiful smile. Made our day so much better after a long drive. Hotel is easy to find. Not in downtown Banff, but hotel has a shuttle. Also many sporting items to rent. Hot tub, but we didn't use. Room was very clean and well stocked. The view from this room is spectacular! We were here with the snow on and still very nice to set outside our room to see the mountains. Summer would be awesome. Quiet and dark. Bed and linens very comfortable. Bathroom well...

"Dogs allowed in all rooms, you need to let staff know when you book, that you are allergic for dogs. A bit strange. I ended up in room, were dogs are allowed. Not happy "

"Reserved room wasn't on the first floor as requested, all amenities such as pool and hot tub were unavailable, towels in suite were WET, the room wasn't prepared for our reservation and arrival at all. Very Very unimpressed and will not recommend this establishment."

"Clean room, check in and out was very easy! We weren’t able to park in the parkade because we were in a truck but there was lots of public parking available on the street. Overall great stay"
