"Tub didn’t drain from shower but left standing water. Wifi was poor at best and non existent worse and since there is no cell service in the area we were counting on the wifi to connect with family. Food in the restaurant was just average yet pricey"

"Amazing stay! And the cabin and main building were both fully renovated and updated over the winter, making it a even more beautiful location we expected. The lounge and dining room have exceptional views and the food was great. They also have a great coffee machine at the lobby bar which makes a great start to the day. Would definitely recommend this resort!"

"Had a good stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, and some amenities were available. The pool/hot tub was closed. The fitness room was open. Breakfast was also good. Continental style. If there would have been a buffet style breakfast it would have been great also. Overall, I am going to give this hotel chain a 4 STAR considering the location it was in."

"The setting and amenities are excellent-free cookies, lots of games, coin laundry, gas fire pits, well-equipped kitchen. The queen bed felt more like a double, so we also used the pull out couch. Space is tight in the living area, but we just went to the main lodge. Helpful staff."

"Found it strange to have signs up saying if you did not wash your coffee cup there would be a $25 charge. Pots and pans but no stove?? Turned on the air conditioner (which was almost useless) and blew a breaker when the wife used the microwave. It was clean and almost comfortable. Did not try the breakfast… started too late for us"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the hot tub, which was absolutely perfect after a day of exploring. The mountain view was breathtaking and made the experience even more special. "The place is nice and clean. Great toiletries! Wonderful staff. The breakfast is included. It is simple but tasty. You have to walk a couple of blocks to get it, but we knew this when we booked. It was overall a good experience"

"Quaint little cabin in a nice area, has all necessities like a fridge, microwave and a stove. Fire pit and chairs are located outside every cabin. Location is perfect, 10-15 mins from Canmore and Banff. Would definitely visit again."

"The outdoor and indoor pool were closed! Room was dirty and smelled really bad! We had to keep leaving the door open to air it out! Sparse towels, and hand soap and shampoo. No smoke detector in the room. Burn marks on the table broken lamp, and dirty walls and floors! kinda all together rundown. But the one hot tub that is working is very comfortable and clean."
