"The front desk staff were amazing. We had a small issue with the flute on our fireplace not closing, they were quick to fix it, and even sent over some treats as a little sorry for the inconvenience. The property and hot tub were clean and everyone was very friendly. I was only in town for one night looking at accommodations and reception venues for my wedding next year. And will definitely be suggesting hidden ridge as an option to my guests."

"It was a great 1 bedroom condo with everything you need and more. It was clean, modern and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the host was very quick to respond. I will consider returning to this unit for my next trip to Canmore. "

"The cabin itself was very cute. Private hot tub is a bonus. We arrived after dark and it was incredibly hard to find our cabin, they could use even one reflective sign. The owners were NOT friendly, even though I notified them of our later arrival time ahead of our stay. Lots of essentials provided in the kitchen. The shower looked too rough to actually use. The beautiful scenery and novelty of staying in a historic cabin made up for it. It was good for one night. The cabins are pretty close to...

"Great room, cleanliness and view was stunning. Only thing is the hot tub situation, if there would have been more than one at least per building, it was hard to get a chance to enjoy it there was always overcrowding at the hot tub. Other than that for the room itself 5 stars. Also the parking placement for 401 was a little confusing and questionable. Love that the room supplied and generous amount of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. "
