"TOUSUMI was an incredible experience. It was in a great location, surrounded by great restaurants, stores, and subway stations, and was easily accessible and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned excellently and the staff even went above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and assist us with our inquiries. The check-in and check-out process was seamless.

"The property is fairly new and super clean. Staff are extremely attentive, helpful and well mannered. It is right in the centre of the city with public transport close by. Breakfast is served with multiple choices. A good pick if you travel to Fukuoka."

"We booked a standard double room with 1 queen bed in a non smoking room, this hotel is in a great location with Hakata station being a 5 minute walk away making it easy to get to other destinations. The room had a well designed layout, excellent powerful shower, and there was plenty of room in the breakfast area which had a noodle station. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. An excellent hotel and I would stay here again."

"The room is clean and provides adequate space by Japanese standards."

"Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. Without a membership checkout is at 10am which is a bit early for non-business travel."

"Just 10 mins to Hakata Station if walking. The staff were nice and polite. Shops and canal city in walking distance. The room was very spacious and the shower was great. The room had a mild odor which was taken care of by the supplied air freshener. The pillows were pretty hard. Other than that, it was a good stay."

"The Hotel is very clearly and nice place. I recommand."

"Clean room but the aircon was noisy and the toilet flush was malfunctioning"
