"A pretty misleading description on Expedia. I do not recommend this for families that want to book the room with bunks. The bathroom is shared, there was no soap, hand sanitizer or toilet seat cleaner. It was loud, we had no pillows in our room and the floor was covered in cracker/food crumbs. The garden area was overgrown and full of garbage. And there were stray cats everywhere. We booked 2 nights, stayed for 1 and booked another hotel not too far away."

"Very conveniently located and spacious. 5 minute walk to get the local bus to the Disney Parks and there is a supermarket 10 minute walk away. Instructions from host were easy to follow and access is available 24/7. Room was very clean and comfortable "

"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed."

"The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time.
