Cari Kapal Pesiar di Cancun

"It was in transition when we stayed so the occupancy was low, but everything was amazing. There still were activities and nightly entertainment and fantastic restaurants. The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant were spectacular."

"Muy buena atención de todo el personal del lugar"

"Muy buen trato desde el inicio y desde que salimos."

"The property was satisfactory the attention to detail is not at the same level as past stays. The overall vibe was the resort was working to be mediocre. It is a shame because the staff works hard to overcome the corporate lack of commitment. Hopefully as Holiday Inn discovers what a jewel the Royal Resort Brand is they will embrace their past."

"Solo la caja de seguridad no funcionó ,todo lo demás bien"

"Para lo q se requería excelente"

"GREAT!!!"

"Sandos made us feel like home amazing people food drink vibes definitely will be back"

"I love this property. It's probably a gem that a lot of people don't know about. Customer service was phenomenal."

"The food and drinks are very good, it's in a good location, the only think l would like to improve is the jacuzzi, since the water the first day was just warm and the next day was cold, l would expect hot water in the jacuzzi. I love the beds on the beach!"
