"I will break it down! We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 boys, 2 & 5. The hotel is almost perfect. SUPER convenient with kids!! The pool is huge with swim up bars, they have a kiddy pool which is great too and still near by where you aren't excluded from being in the main area, which I loved. The beach is literally 4 steps away, gorgeous part of the ocean and known to be more calm than other areas in Cancun. There is a ferry there that takes you to Isla Mujeres which is a great, easy trip...

"Be careful if you are booking this hotel due to its “free shuttle” to and from the airport. They never say you need to book the shuttle at least with 48 hours in advance (only after you already booked the hotel they let you know that). I had to stay in Cancún due to a flight delay and booked this hotel mainly because it was near the airport and offered this service for free. Not only they refused to take me from the airport to the hotel, but the next day the alleged their van had an accident to...

"The room is dated and could use fresh paint or a deep clean. The walls were dirty. The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. My kids didn’t want to swim in the pool because there were many dead bugs. Staff was very friendly & helpful."
